On this day , I engaged in frisbee at bajumpandan. I learned / realized that frisbee helps me improves my cardio ,speed and coordination. It develops my mental alertness.

ON THIS DAY, I ENGAGED IN BIKING AT BAJUMPANDAN. I LEARNED/ REALIZED THAT BIKING DECREASED FAT LEVELS. RIDING A BIKE IS HEALTHY, FUN AND A LOW IMPACT FORM OF EXERCISE FOR ALL AGES.

On this day, I engaged in badminton at bajumpandan.I learned/ realized that badminton improves my flexibility. It also improves my hand and foot coordination.
