Week 1
On this day , I engaged in frisbee at bajumpandan. I learned / realized that frisbee helps me improves my cardio ,speed and coordination . It develops my mental alertness.
ON THIS DAY, I ENGAGED IN BIKING AT BAJUMPANDAN. I LEARNED/ REALIZED THAT BIKING DECREASED FAT LEVELS. RIDING A BIKE IS HEALTHY, FUN AND A LOW IMPACT FORM OF EXERCISE FOR ALL AGES.
Week 2
On this day I engaged in swimming at sabagat pool in balugo valencia. I learned / realized that keeps your heart rate up but takes some of the impact stress off your body. builds endurance, muscle strength and cardiovascular fitness. helps maintain a healthy weight, healthy heart and lungs. tones muscles and builds strength.
On this day I engaged in planting at candauay. I learned and realized that gardening Gardening gives us a chance to do so. It helps to create a healthier environment too. From producing oxygen to creating some more greenery, gardening always helps. We also can have some pesticide free, fresh food if we grow them in our garden.
Week 3
On this day I engaged in hide and seek at Candauay. I learned/ realized that playing hide-and-seek gives a child some valuable physical benefits as well since the exercise helps them build stamina and aids muscle development. The challenge of getting into the perfect hiding place will help improve their balance, agility, and coordination.
On this day, I engaged in Badminton at Candauay .I learned/ realized that badminton improves my flexibility. It also improves my hand and foot coordination.
Week 4
On this day I engaged in snake boarding at candauay. I learned/ realized that snakeboarding offers an array of advantages including coordination, pain tolerance, stress relief, precision, reflexes and patience. Coordination – Skateboarding improves hand, eye, leg and feet coordination.
On this day I engaged in Basketball at CAMANJAC.I learned/realized that basketball helps to improve motor coordination, flexibility, and endurance. It also encourages speed, agility, and strength. These skills are shown to have a positive effect on promoting a healthy body weight and encouraging more physical activity, which can enhance cardiorespiratory fitness and self-esteem.
